to the site.In the third page, candidates, may enter the exam code. Exam code
is also an 8 digit number, which uniquely identifies an examination. This code
also is printed in the hall ticket issued to students. If you click on the submit
button, a new page showing the detailed results in respect of the exam code given
will be displayed. The details include internal assessment marks, University marks
etc of each of the subjects in the semester. If you pull the right scroll bar

example if you click on 3, the details of 3rd semester exam will be displayed.
If the exam code corresponds to the final semester of the course, the consolidated
result status also will be available. The consolidated status is arrived at considering
the results of all reappearances for improvement / supplementary examinations
and the result of all revaluations. If the candidate wants to verify whether a
particular revaluation result is considered or not, he can pull the right scroll
bar down and click on the link "click here for details of supple/revaluation/improvement
results ". The marks awarded for each paper for each of the appearances are
listed. Changes of marks after revaluation are indicated by showing the respective
exam code in bold letters. Marks awarded in supplementary exam are shown underlined.

for students to get registered as candidates for examinations. As in the case
of result module, students can enter course name, candidate code, and password.

Access
by College authorities College
authorities can access the site for two purposes viz. for getting batch wise results
and for registering
a batch of students For
getting batch wise result Consolidated result details of students of each
branch of a college, are available on the site. Principals or persons authorized
by them may click on the college menu in the home page. The system will ask for
user name and password (User name and password are allotted to Principals by the
University). On entering user name and password, system will ask for exam code
of the exam in respect of which the group wise result is required. The exam code
is available in the nominal roll sent to Principals. One more input regarding
whether the candidate's appearance is regular or supplementary has to be given.
A web application program will run for a few minutes and the consolidated result
of all the students who wrote the above exam in that centre will be displayed.
Similarly list of supplementary students will be displayed, if the corresponding
option is selected.
For
the registration of a batch College authorities can also register a batch
of students, if their appearance is regular. As in the result module for colleges,
the user name and password have to be entered. The system will accept the candidate
codes of the students. As it is a group registration, all the individual candidate
codes need not be entered, if the sequence is continuous. For example, if all
the candidates bearing candidate code 02400001 to 02400050 are to be registered,
the first and last candidate codes only need be entered. If any student coming
in the group is not to be registered data can be given as two or more sequences,
excluding the candidate codes of students who are not appearing for. Candidate
codes of students eligible for fee concession can also be entered in the separate
boxes provided. Students eligible for being exempted from paying exam fee will
get registered as many number of times as rules permit. On pressing the 'save'
button, the system will ask for the total count of students to be registered as
a cross check. The registration of the batch of students will be done online,
when the submit button is clicked on.
Access
by teachers Teachers can use the site to enter attendance data
and mark details . Internal assessment marks and attendance details are now sent
to the University by post or through a messenger University
staff University staff can use the site for entering data generated
at centralized valuation camps. This will further minimize the time needed for
publication of results. Recruiting
agencies Recruiting agencies are also given pass words to enter
the site and verify the genuineness of degrees submitted by job applicants
The
software for providing the above facilities has been designed and developed by
University Computer Centre itself.
