Valuation Effectiveness

Graphs showing results of statistical analysis on CA marks and ESA marks can be seen by clicking on View button given below.

Bar charts representing averages of internal assessment marks, averages of university marks, co-variance of internal assessment marks, co-variance of university marks and co-efficient of correlation are shown for each college and branch.

How can we judge Valuation Effectiveness?

Good assessment

1) if values of co-variance in respect of Internal        Assessment and University Assessment are    comparable.
2) if value of correlation coefficient is high.
3) if difference between Means of Internal    Assessment and University Assessment is less and      value of correlation coefficient is high.

Poor assessment

1) if correlation coefficient is low.

2) if difference between co-variances is more.

3) if difference between Means of Internal    Assessment and University Assessment is more and    correlation coefficient is less.
